On Monday 4 August, GS E&C Australia employees gathered at the Angliss Institute Conference Centre in Melbourne for the company’s annual Employee Town Hall.
The event brought together staff from across the business to hear important updates on our business strategy, global performance, future pipeline of opportunities, and HR initiatives.
Following a one-hour formal session and open Q&A with the leadership team, attendees enjoyed networking over drinks and canapés – a chance to strengthen connections across teams and projects.
“Strong relationships are just as critical as technical expertise. In the large, multi-contractor joint ventures we deliver, trust and open communication help us solve challenges faster and achieve better outcomes for our clients,” said Managing Director, DJ Kim.
The Town Hall is a key part of GS E&C Australia’s commitment to building a connected, engaged workforce – a vital ingredient for delivering human-centred solutions for a better tomorrow.
